Since the seventies, training has evolved. Iron and notebooks. Machines and metrics. Conditioning, movement, recovery, and connected data. Every generation taught us more about what moves people forward. Apex Iron brings that evolution into one adaptive system—for training, nutrition, coaching, and progress. Earn your next level.

The complete training loop

One system. Every signal.

Apex Iron brings the decisions that shape progress into one clean experience, then keeps the next action obvious. Core manual training, nutrition, and progress tools are free. Optional AI coaching, analysis, and licensed exercise media are planned as Apex Iron Pro features on iPhone.

Built for the session

Less tapping. More training.

Full-screen workout mode keeps the current exercise, previous performance, set controls, and timers where they belong: in front of you. Licensed streamed demonstrations are included with Apex Iron Pro on iPhone when media is available.

01Swipe to log

Completed sets clear away so the remaining work is obvious.

02Timers that stay with you

Rest and exercise cues continue through supported phone notifications.

03Train your way

Swap movements, use the plate calculator, and edit the workout when life changes.

Fuel without friction

Log the meal. Keep control.

Manual nutrition tracking and barcode lookup remain free. Apex Iron Pro adds optional photo, voice, and text AI analysis; you review the foods, portions, and estimates before anything reaches your journal.

You make the final call. AI and database estimates are labeled, editable, and never treated as exact without your review.

Confidence is a feature

Clear about what Apex knows.

A serious training app should make its controls, estimates, and limits easy to understand.

01

Your choices stay visible

Control Health Connect, reminders, diagnostics, Coach Memory, retained photos, subscription access, and account deletion from inside the app.

02

Estimates are called estimates

Nutrition and visual scan results include review steps, sources, confidence, or ranges where appropriate.

03

AI can be challenged

Report an Apex Coach response in the conversation when something feels unsafe, incorrect, or inappropriate.

04

Licensed exercise media

Exercise demonstrations are delivered through a licensed provider and matched to the movement whenever available.

WEEK 01 / HOME

Build your starting point

Two nonconsecutive strength days. Practice the movements before adding more.

Walking / weekly target

75 min

Five 15-minute walks, or shorter chunks.
Nutrition / this week

Observe your usual meals, drinks and hunger. Find a realistic starting approach; calorie counting is optional.

Home workout A

1 set per exercise · rest 60–120 seconds, or longer if needed.

  1. Bodyweight squat8-12 repetitions

Feet planted; sit your hips back and bend knees comfortably.

Use a shallower squat or a light touch on the wall for balance.

  2. Wall push-up8-12 repetitions

Hands at chest height; lower toward the wall with your body steady.

Harder: use a kneeling or full push-up on the floor.

  3. Glute bridge10-15 repetitions

Feet flat; lift your hips without arching your lower back.

Use a smaller comfortable range or pause briefly at the top.

  4. Prone W raise8-12 controlled repetitions

Lie face down, elbows bent in a W; gently lift hands and elbows.

Keep neck relaxed, chest low; use a tiny lift without back arching.

  5. Dead bug6-10 slow repetitions per side

Reach opposite arm and leg while keeping your trunk still.

Shorten the reach or move one heel at a time.

Setup, effort & progression

Use only body weight, clear floor space and a wall. No weights, bands, benches or chairs; no jumping. You must be able to get down to and up from the floor comfortably. If not, ask for a standing adaptation.

Warm up with five minutes of easy movement. Use fewer repetitions if needed. Leave two or three good repetitions in reserve on challenging movements; prioritize control, not fatigue, on core and upper-back drills.

After two consecutive sessions at the top of the rep range with control and 2-3 good reps left, change one thing: add a brief pause, lower for about 3 seconds, or choose a harder bodyweight variation. Return toward the lower end of the rep range. For prone upper-back and core exercises, prioritize control and comfortable reach rather than fatigue. No weights are required.

Prone W raises and reverse snow angels train upper-back control. They do not replace the progressive pulling resistance of gym rows or pulldowns. The unloaded hinge is movement practice; never force range or arch your back to chase fatigue.

Adaptable targets, not a deadline. Choose one track, not both. For adults 18+ for whom weight loss is appropriate. Stop for sharp or worsening pain. Read the safety and suitability guidance before starting.
