These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Apex Iron, including the mobile app, AI coaching features, workout generation, food journal, body scan features, and related services.

Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using Apex Iron, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use Apex Iron.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Apex Iron provides fitness, nutrition, workout tracking, body composition estimate, and coaching tools for general informational and wellness purposes only. Apex Iron does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.
Body scan results, calorie estimates, nutrition estimates, AI coaching responses, and workout recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your individual situation. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any workout, nutrition, weight loss, supplement, or wellness program.
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Provide accurate account and profile information
- Update your information when it changes
- Take responsibility for activity that occurs through your account
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Apex Iron for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe purposes
- Do not upload content that violates another person's rights
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, scrape, or compromise the app or backend systems
- Do not circumvent rate limits, subscriptions, security controls, or access controls
- Do not use the app as a substitute for medical or emergency care
User Content
You may provide profile data, workout logs, coach messages, meal photos, progress photos, notes, and exercise preferences. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Apex Iron LLC a limited license to process, store, transmit, display, analyze, and use your content as needed to provide and improve the app, operate AI features, maintain security, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
AI Features
Apex Iron uses AI services to generate workouts, coach responses, nutrition estimates, and body composition estimates. AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
Food and Body Scan Estimates
Meal photo analysis and body scan analysis are estimates only. Nutrition results may vary based on image quality, portion assumptions, hidden ingredients, preparation methods, and other factors. Body composition results are visual approximations and are not medical measurements.
Third-Party Services and Content
Apex Iron may use or link to third-party services, including Firebase, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Open Food Facts or other product lookup providers, YouTube, or external exercise media. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are planned for after beta. When subscription features are enabled, payment terms, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing details will be presented through the applicable app store or payment provider. If payment is handled by Google Play, billing is governed by Google Play's payment and subscription terms.
Intellectual Property
Apex Iron, including the app design, brand, logo, software, graphics, and non-user content, is owned by Apex Iron LLC or its licensors and is protected by law.
Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, used the app abusively, or if we discontinue the app or a feature.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Iron LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Iron LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, injuries, or damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by other appropriate means. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
